Inspired by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s notion of a "beloved community," and with the understanding that kindness is a free and powerful way to foster meaningful connections in difficult times, we invite you to join us in demonstrating the power of kindness as we work together to live Dr. King's vision.

September 10th is World Su***de Prevention Day, and we want to remind everyone that a small act of kindness can save a life. From a smile, a hug, or a listening ear, you can make an impact and bring light to someone in need. Every act can be impactful, and you matter.

If you or someone you know is experiencing suicidal thoughts or feelings, please call or text the Su***de Crisis Helpline at 988.
