9-1-1 Communications Center Spartanburg County 9-1-1 is a consolidated stand alone 9-1-1 Communications Center in the upstate of South Carolina.

The center is the Primary Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for Spartanburg County, and dispatches for police, fire and EMS.

Please join us in congratulating Hannah and Jessica on their outstanding work assisting a caller with CPR instructions over the phone and helping save a life! Their quick thinking, calm voices, and ability to provide lifesaving instructions when they were needed most made an incredible difference.

And another HUGE congratulations to Shakira and Nia (not pictured) for their successful assistance with two healthy baby girls making their grand entrance into the world! 👶🏼🎀💕

These are the moments that remind us why what we do matters. Whether we are helping someone through a medical emergency or guiding a family through one of the most exciting moments of their lives, our telecommunicators are there when people need them most.

Ericka has been part of the Spartanburg 9-1-1 family for 2½ years. She started her career with us as a calltaker before making the move to the radio side. Ericka is also a CTO and has become a valued member of our team. Her hard work, dedication, and willingness to help others have made her a great asset to Spartanburg 9-1-1.

Kenzie has been with Spartanburg 9-1-1 for a little over 2 years. She also began as a calltaker before moving to radio, and she has taken on the additional responsibility of being a CTO. Kenzie’s dedication and commitment to growing in her career have earned her this well-deserved accomplishment.

Both of these ladies have worked hard, continued to learn and grow, and proven themselves as valuable members of our team. We are excited to see them take this next step in their careers!

During that time, she has consistently demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and a commitment to excellence. Through hard work and determination, she advanced to Telecommunicator III and has become one of our most outstanding Certified Training Officers (CTOs).
