Good morning White County.
I wanted to take a minute to thank those of you who gave me a complimentary vote in yesterday’s election. I appreciate each and every one of you and I ask you to please go it and vote again in the August election.
There are almost 20,000 registered voters in White County and only around 2,000 came out to vote in this election. Please encourage all your family and friends to go out and vote in August.

If you have not already early voted for the May 5th primary, you need to do so today. This is one of the most significant freedoms we have as Americans and if you don’t cast your vote, you have no right to complain about the outcome. Now, go cast your ballot and then enjoy Cinco De Mayo!!

OK, folks, today is the first day of early voting so let’s get up and get to the polls. If you can’t make it today, there’s plenty of other opportunities. Also, just a note the sales tax referendum will ONLY be on the May 5 ballot. If you are unsure of what that is, please please please reach out to me and I would be more than happy to explain it.
