September Chamber Meeting: Networking & Fire Safety at Little Fish

After our summer hiatus, the North Fork Chamber of Commerce is back! Join us Monday, September 28 at Little Fish in Southold for an evening of networking, conversation and an important seasonal presentation.

Paul Romanelli of Suffolk Security will speak about Fire Safety and Carbon Monoxide Safety—an especially timely topic as we head into Fire Prevention Month in October. Paul will share important information to help keep our homes and businesses safe.

And don’t forget your elevator pitch! Come ready to introduce yourself, tell fellow members what you do, and make some new connections as we kick off the Chamber’s fall season.

Congratulations to the lady who keeps all the balls in the air for the Chamber. Andrea Bakowski was recently honored as a Power Woman of the East End by Dan's Papers, and we are so proud of her! This recognition is very much deserved.

Judy McCleery, Julie Vergari and Lisa Cheek represented the North Fork Chamber in Southold's 4th of July Parade celebrating America's 250th Birthday. We share some scenes from the route - amazing to see so many people celebrating with us along the way. A special thanks to Denise Schlacter, Denis Noncarrow and Marcy Kucera for their hard work organizing this great event. We also can't forget to mention the cracker jack parade day coordination team, Joe Corso, Paul Romanelli and Jerry Siani. We usually see them bundled up in green for Cutchogue's St. Patrick's Day parade.
