Please join me in voting for the very best candidate for Texas House District 98, Armin Mizani.

I have known Armin since he first ran for City Council in Keller and have been happy to associate with him over the years, always relying on strong consistency, values, and doing the right thing for his community as well as surrounding communities.

As some of you know, I’ve spent quite a bit of time down in Austin during legislative sessions and it’s a very difficult battle down there. We really need Armin and more like him down in Austin.

Voter turn out in Southlake is a bit light so please get out there during early voting to cast your vote for Armin as well as the others on the ballot.

Mayor Armin Mizani will end policies that incentivize illegal immigration, will abolish the property tax, and will drive down costs for every Texas family.

Hi folks,
Looking good so far for electric power, we are well within our reserves and have more reliable capacity with the gas generation plants to turn on if needed.
Forecast for electricity over the next few days looks good. That said, conserve where you can so we do not put more demand on the system than necessary.

A THIRD AAA Bond Rating!
Excellent City Management, Fiscal responsibility and discipline have resulted in lowered debt, lower property taxes and a third AAA Bond rating.

We need to stay the course, please vote NO on the “credit line” $50 million bond!

Southlake is one of only two cities in the entire state of Texas to earn top scores from all three bond rating agencies. In late October, the City earned an Aaa rating from Moody’s Investors Service, and for many years the City has held AAA ratings from Fitch Ratings and Standard & Poor’s. Moody’s Aaa rating reflects the large and affluent tax base with access to abundant job opportunities in the vibrant DFW area and a steady history of robust reserves supported by multiple years of strong operating performance.

Moody’s has also upgraded Southlake Community Enhancement and Development Corporation, TX’s sales tax rating to Aa2 from Aa3 and assigned a stable outlook to the corporation and the City. To read the full report, visit here: https://bit.ly/SLMoodyReport.
