Heads up friends.

Stay away from this stuff!! This is Poison Hemlock and it can hurt you..bad.

Due to our very wet spring, this stuff is thriving and growing fast! In the coming weeks you will see fields of white flowers.

Not all white flowers are bad. So,how do you know what's poisonous and what isn't ? Look at the stem. If you see purple splotches then that is a sign it's poison hemlock.

If you touch this, then imagine poison ivy but x100.

REMINDER!
Did you know? ❄️ It’s illegal in Michigan to push snow, ice or slush from driveways or sidewalks back into the roadway. This creates a hazard for drivers and can lead to crashes. 🚫
Additionally, piling snow along roadways in a way that obstructs motorists’ views is also against the law and dangerous. Keep everyone safe by clearing snow responsibly!

Please give snow fighting equipment room to work.

Under a new Michigan law passed over the summer, drivers must stay 200 feet behind a snow plow when it is driving. This distance is equal to about 13-16 car lengths. When a plow is stopped at an intersection, drivers can be no closer than 20 feet away from the truck. Drivers who get too close to plows could face up to a $100 fine.
