Start 2 Finish brings years of experience managing races across the Mid-South and beyond, helping organizations create professional, well-organized, and enjoyable events for participants of all ages and abilities.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

At Healing Hearts, we recognize that mental health is just as important as physical health, especially for children who have experienced trauma, abuse, grief, or crisis.

Healing is not always visible. Some children may struggle silently with fear, anxiety, sadness, anger, or difficulty trusting others. That is why creating safe, supportive, and trauma-informed environments matters.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we encourage our community to:
💚 Listen without judgment
💚 Support children with compassion and patience
💚 Recognize the impact trauma can have on mental health
💚 Encourage open conversations about emotions and healing
💚 Seek support when needed and remind children they are not alone

Every child deserves to feel safe, heard, valued, and supported on their healing journey.
