The Upper Southamton Police Officers Association is sponsoring a FREE shred event on Saturday, August 6, 2016 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM or until the truck is full. The location is the parking lot behind the Fire Station, Street & Churchville Roads in Upper Southampton PA. Shred One is providing a mobile shredding truck and people can witness their documents being destroyed, if they choose. This is the third time we have provided this free service to the community and it is a great opportunity to destroy documents that contain personal, identifying, or confidential information that can be misused or lead to identity theft.

Our PBA has been through some tragedy along the way. We have lost some of our closest friends and supporters. However, it is stronger today than it has ever been. The community we serve respects and, for the most part, loves us. As a PBA President, I couldn’t be prouder than to know we were able to arrange with the administration for two of our members to attend the services in Dallas. Good luck boys and thank you for representing us all.

This morning a group of us from the PBA, in response to being called out by Chief MacPherson, took part in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. We would like to call out all of our surrounding PBAs as well as our road crew. Additional members who were unable to participate today will be submitting their videos separately.
