We will be hosting an Electronics Recycling Event on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at South Windsor Town Hall (rear Parking Lot). Residents can drop off their electronic waste for free, contributing to the effort of reducing e-waste in landfills! No appointment necessary.

EXTREME HEAT WARNINGS ISSUED WEDNESDAY - SATURDAY
HOT WEATHER TIPS:
• STAY HYDRATED; drink more water than usual,
• Limit outdoor activity to the morning and evening,
• Find an air-conditioned location, (call 2-1-1 for cooling centers),
• Take cool showers or baths,
• Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing,
• REMEMBER YOUR PETS, they struggle in the heat as well!
