It's opening day of the South Windsor Teen Center! We are sooooo excited to welcome all the kids back to a safe space and a place to be able to hang out and be themselves. High school drop in hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4:30 and Middle school drop in hours are Tuesdays from 3-5:30! Had a fantastic time at the South Windsor High School Open House last night! Great to be in my alma mater and also to see so many familiar faces!! Going to be a great year!!!

The Teen Center was in full swing Friday night! These kids worked hard decorating Luminary bags for the 25th anniversary memorial of 9/11 on the Windsor Town Green! Love that these kids gave up their friday night to honor those we lost that day!

Hey Everyone! Tonight join South Windsor Youth & Family Services and the South Windsor Teen Center at National Nite Out! It's a fun family night for everyone of all ages to enjoy!! Hope to see you there!

Congratulations to all our 8th grade teams who are being promoted today. After today you all are officially high schoolers. We can't wait to see you here next year! Thank you to Victoria for inviting me to attend her promotion! Congrats to Owen and Lucas for their special awards as well!

Just a little mashup of what the Teen Center has been up to! Game nights, basketball, Stem projects, D&D and just plain fun! We also love to celebrate birthdays( as long as we know about it!) Make sure your middle school or high schooler doesn't miss out on the 26-27 year!

As our school year comes to a close, we are so thankful for all the kids that have come and used the South Windsor Teen Center! Whether it was for a safe space, a place to hang out with friends or even for the snacks, we appreciated every single one of you! Larry, our resident ghoul is ready for graduation! To all of the 5th graders advancing to the middle school, our 8th graders advancing to the high school and of course all our seniors who will be graduating high school, we are so proud of you and congratulate you and your families!
