*SCAM ALERT*

Several individuals have recently reached out to the South Tucson PD and our courts in regards to getting phone calls about different issues, but ultimately all leading to the person needing to send money or be arrested. We will never contact you by phone or demand payment in any way. If you receive one of these calls, it is a scam!! No matter what number it shows and no matter what name they give, it is a scam. Hang up, do not give them any information!! Report the incident to the FBI, as it is more than likely a transnational issue. AGAIN, WE WILL NEVER CONTACT YOU AND TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED TO MAKE ANY TYPE OF PAYMENT TO ANYBODY!! Thank you and remain vigilant.

**Honoring Our Community Heroes on 9/11**

On this solemn day of remembrance, AmeriCorps Seniors Foster Grandparent volunteers come together to honor the spirit of service that defines our community. As we reflect on the events of September 11, we recognize the bravery and dedication of our heroes—those who serve and protect us every day.

Today, we pay tribute to the first responders, veterans, and all individuals who selflessly contribute to the well-being of our community.
