We will Never Forget and thank you South Toms River Police Department Officers for keeping our Community safe !!

🇺🇸 For so many Americans, the morning of September 11, 2001, is frozen in time. Most remember exactly where they were and what they were doing when the first tower was struck. Followed by the attack on the Pentagon and Flight 93 going down in Somerset County, Pa., the events were surreal to witness.

Twenty-five years later, we remember not only the unimaginable tragedy of that day, but also the extraordinary courage, compassion and unity that followed. In our nation’s darkest hours, Americans came together as one—supporting neighbors, honoring heroes and standing united.

Today, the South Toms River Police Department pays solemn tribute to every innocent life lost, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the courageous first responders who ran toward danger to help others. We also remember those who later lost their lives or continue to suffer from illnesses related to their service at Ground Zero.

May we never forget the victims. May we never forget the heroes. May we never forget the unity that brought our country together.
