Join the Force in recycling at the Kaposia Days Parade.

The Kaposia Parade is just one day away. We want your trash and recyclables. The SSP Youth Task Force is joining forces with the SSP Recycle Program at the parade and will accept your trash and recyclable items. We are bringing up the rear of the parade with trash and recycle bags and will collect as a parade unit. So watch for us and get your trash and recycleable items ready. Happy Kaposia Days!

Join the SSP Youth Task Force for the Annulal Water Balloon Dodgeball Tournament the Sunday of Kaposia Days at noon.

Join the South St. Paul Mayor's Youth Task Force for the 6th Annual All City Water Balloon Dodge Ball Tournament on Sunday, June 25th starting at noon at Central Square Community Center. The Task Force is looking for residents of all ages to form teams of 5-7 players. Once teams are registered, brackets will be developed and teams will compete for 1st & 2nd place trophies as well as best name & best team outfit awards.

To compete, complete and return the registration form with the registration donation by June 25th. The cost is $15 for a team (before June 25th) or $20 if registered onsite. Registration forms are at City Hall or the City's Website. Don't want to compete, come and cheer on the teams.

Once the winner has been determined, join the Task Force for an all-out Water Wars followed by the South St. Paul Mayor and City Council hosting a hot dog picnic at Central Square. All systems are go for the South St. Paul Annual Tree Lighting event at Central Square tonight......looks like the rain should hold off until the tree is lit. Join Mayor B, Santa, Mrs. Claus, Frosty, and the Mayor's Youth Task Force elves for an evening of fun, music and the Annual tree Lighting event. This event is free to attend, but don't forget some hats and mittensl for the Annual Hat and Mitten Drive to benefit Neighbors, Inc.
