Notice:

A culvert replacement project is expected to result in a six-week road closure in Plymouth.

Beginning June 29th, State Route 23 in Plymouth will be closed west of Ashcraft Road. While the closure is expected to last six weeks, this is dependent on weather and resource availability.

The closure includes the State Route 23/Ashcraft Road intersection with a signed detour that will direct traffic via County Road 10, County Road 10A and State Route 12 through the towns of Pharsalia, Preston and Norwich, and the City of Norwich.

A copy of the letter that was sent to the engineer in charge of the project is attached.
Unfortunately, it didn’t make a difference in the plans for this project.
