I've noted on Norwich NY Farmers Market many times, but somehow the posts never get on this site. Can anyone please help us. Facebook USED to be easy to post on, but no more.

Norwich Farmers Market and Chenango County Farmers Market-Mobile today (July 1, 2026): picking up products from 6 farmers. Send an email if you want a home delivery. Our home deliveries will start around 2:00 p.m. So far (11:31 a.m.) no requests for pick up at Norwich East Park. Call 607-334-4928 if you want to pick up at the park. [email protected] or [email protected] (today's deliveries include lamb and goat meat, chicken, goose, local honey, local maple syrup, while herbs/greens, flowers, information about all county farmers markets and farms which sell directly from their farms)

This is Peanut. 🐢🥜 Her figure-eight shell was the result of crawling into a plastic six-pack ring when she was very young. That was in 1984.

The Missouri Dept. of Conservation says "her one-of-a-kind shape became her superpower" and that "her mighty message continues to remind people to put litter in its place."

Now, Peanut is turning 41 years old, and a big birthday celebration is planned for Saturday.
