My team was honored to present tributes to the dedicated first responders who bravely responded to the Keene Township barn fire on January 3rd. Their swift action and teamwork helped protect our community, and I am truly grateful for their service. A heartfelt thank you to our local fire departments, EMS, and law enforcement for always being there when we need them most!

Tomorrow your Berlin-Orange firefighters have the honor to es**rt Joe and the Neighbors United team through our area on thier final day of the walk. The Neighbors United team is walking to help support firefighters and thier families that have suffered from cancer. If you would like to come say hi and/or donate if possible we will be leaving from the Jordan and Grand River area around 08:30 am. The team will be walking west down Grand River, we ask that if you are in that area to please slow down and move over for the walkers!!

Last night your Berlin-Orange firefighters trained on dressing a hydrant,drafting and relaying water to our first in engine for those tight spots that only one apparatus will fit.

We would like to take a minute to recognize Joshua David Galvin & Braxton Teachworth for the time, dedication and hard work over the past few months. Yesterday, both Josh and Braxton passed thier practical portions of thier EMR class!!! If you happen to see these two be sure to congratulate them! Congratulations again Josh and Braxton. Way to make us and the citizens we serve proud! 💪 🤙

Your Berlin-Orange Firefighters will be at SMAT days Saturday, June 17th. Come out and meet your local firefighters, watch a cool extrication demonstration. We will have fun things for the kids. We are also doing a smash a car for donations. You pick the tool you want to use and get a chance to smash a car. It will be a fun day for all ages. We hope to see you all there this Saturday!
