CALLING ALL FOOD TRUCK!!!!!!!!!
Open Application: 2026 Heights-Hillcrest Regional MFU Inspection Event: All City Permits Waived!
The South Euclid Fire Department, along with 20 partner cities, will host Regional Mobile Food Unit (MFU) inspection days on Thursday, March 26th, and Friday, March 27th, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Inspection Details:
- Scheduling: Inspections will be scheduled via Google Calendar in 30-minute increments for groups of 6 to 8 trucks.
- On-site Services: The Cuyahoga County Board of Health will be present. A fire extinguisher servicing company will also be available to service or tag equipment. You may purchase a certified 2026 5 lb. ABC extinguisher on-site if needed.
- Benefits: Participating cities have agreed to waive their individual MFU permit fees (a savings of $25–$50 per city). Upon completion, you will receive a 2026 Heights-Hillcrest Regional MFU CALLING ALL
Required Actions:
1. Complete the attached Google Document and upload the following:
- Liability insurance paperwork
- Gas-line pressure testing paperwork
- 2026 Board of Health paperwork
2. If you plan to operate in Avon, Highland Heights, or Mayfield Village, please complete and upload their specific city applications to the Google Document as well.
