Christmas is right around the corner!

This year's Town of South Congaree Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2026, beginning at 10 AM on Main Street in South Congaree.

We are now accepting applications to participate in the parade.

🏛️ Town Hall Closing for Labor Day 🏛️

In observance of Labor Day, South Congaree Town Hall will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026.

Normal business operations will resume on the next business day. We wish everyone a safe and enjoyable Labor Day as we honor the hard work and contributions of our community.

**SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT — Friday, Sept. 4, - Monday, Sept. 7**

Motorists across the state will see increased law enforcement presence and activity over the next few days as the SC Department of Public Safety conducts special enforcement during the Labor Day holiday period.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol and State Transport Police will focus on enforcing all traffic violations with a special emphasis on impaired driving, speeding, aggressive driving, seatbelt usage, and distracted driving.
