Congratulations to our incredible Abraxas Home Care team on reaching this exciting milestone! Our newest four-bedroom home, situated on 32 beautiful acres in the heart of Chester, will provide a safe, welcoming, and peaceful environment for those we serve.

We are grateful for everyone whose hard work and dedication made Happy Hill Home possible. As we celebrate this achievement, we look forward to the journey ahead and the many lives that will be positively impacted.

This meaningful project allows our individuals to strengthen cooking, teamwork, and independent-living skills while giving back to their community. We are honored to help provide comfort, kindness, and a warm meal to families during challenging times.

🎉 What a wonderful Bingo Night at Abraxas Home Care! 🎉

Tonight, we were proud to host The Phantom Players for their Summer Prize Bingo fundraiser. The evening was filled with smiles, laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of prizes! It was wonderful seeing the individuals we support enjoying time together and connecting with our community. 🏆💙
