There’s nothing quite like shopping directly from the growers at the South Charleston Farmers Market , and we encourage everyone to stop by and support our local vendors whenever they can.

We’re also excited to see Gritt's Midway Greenhouse products being featured at the new Kroger Marketplace in South Charleston! If you’re making a grocery run, keep an eye out for their locally grown tomatoes and beautiful hanging baskets.

A big thank you to the new Kroger Marketplace in South Charleston for helping support local agriculture and giving area farmers and growers another opportunity to showcase their products. When local businesses work together, our entire community benefits!

Join us for Senior Market Day at the South Charleston Farmers Market !

The Kanawha Valley Senior Services (KVSS) Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program vouchers will be distributed during our Senior Market Day!

📅 Friday, June 26
⏰ 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 South Charleston Farmers Market

To qualify for a voucher , you must:
✅ Be a Kanawha County resident
✅ Be age 60 or older
✅ Present a valid photo ID

📋 Income Guidelines (Annual Household Income)
• 1 Person Household – Up to $29,526
• 2 Person Household – Up to $40,034
• 3 Person Household – Up to $50,542
• 4 Person Household – Up to $61,050

⚠️ Proxy Pickup Information:
A proxy may pick up voucher booklets for up to two seniors. The proxy must have the senior’s photo ID, address, phone number, monthly income amount, and a signed and dated note authorizing pickup.
