What was life like in 1976?

Nearly 50 years ago, community members sealed a time capsule during America's Bicentennial celebration. This July 4th, we'll finally open it and discover the memories, mementos, and messages left behind for future generations.

The Post will be participating in the armed forces day parade on the 16th of May we will meet at the lot located on the corner of F Street and 11th Avenue at 10:15 on the 16th of May in order tget ready for the parade. The post will not meet this Sunday the 10th of May due to the fact that it is Mothers day but we will meet on the 14th of May at 6:00 pm.

The post will be putting together food box on the 6th of May from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm at the mountaineer food bank located at 160 Jacobson Dr, Poca WV 25159. I would like it if you have some free time to come on down and join us. This is our Day of Service.

The Post will be having our first meeting for the month of April this Sunday the 12th at 2:00 pm. We will be announcing the winners of the VOD, PP and the patriot art contest from the Post. I would like to have a good turnout to congratulate them for there achievement.
