This month, we welcomed close to 100 incredible volunteers to our annual Bone Builders refresher sessions. These gatherings offer a chance for instructors to brush up on form and instruction—and they're also a wonderful way to connect, share, and strengthen our community.
A heartfelt thank you to each and every volunteer for your dedication to this program and your participants. You’re the reason these classes continue to thrive! 💙

We are grateful to have received a grant from Schip's Treasure Resale Shop for our Bone Builders program! With the funds we received, we were able to purchase weights to start three new Bone Builders classes in Northwest Vermont! Thank you, SCHIP, for your support, and your commitment to serving the community in such meaningful ways!
