🖤🏛️ HUGE MILESTONE AT THE BIRDSELL MANSION 🏛️🖤

We’re thrilled to announce that the exterior paint restoration is officially COMPLETE on the legendary Birdsell Mansion!

After nearly two years of careful craftsmanship, this historic gem in South Bend has been beautifully refreshed. The transformation honors her original grandeur while bringing a whole new life to this iconic estate.

🎨 While a few original windows still await expert rebuilding by Wallace Restoration, and all-new lighting is still to be installed, the bulk of the exterior work is now complete — and we’re proud to share this moment with our community.

✨ Now we turn our focus to the interior renovation, and we’re just getting started. Phase Two begins — and the next chapter in the Birdsell Mansion story is going to be something special.

Milestone Reached at the Birdsell Mansion!

As of August 3, 2025, the exterior paint is officially complete on the Birdsell Mansion! Huge thanks to Satori Stahl Paint LLC for their incredible craftsmanship and dedication in helping us cross this major milestone.

We’re deeply grateful to everyone who’s helped us get this far—this transformation wouldn’t be possible without our team of contractors, supporters, and visionaries.

While there’s still plenty to do—woodwork touch-ups, window refinishing, exterior landscaping, lighting, and parking lot upgrades—we’re now shifting our focus inside to continue bringing the Birdsell Mansion back to life.

Stay tuned… the best is yet to come.
