Join us on Saturday, April 18th as we celebrate Earth Day at Unity Gardens! There will be native seed bombing, a foraging walk, history of Unity talk and tour, some garden & neighborhood clean up and much more!
We will also be honoring the South Bend Community Re-Entry Center and enjoying lunch with Franky’s Tacos!
The fun starts at 9am and the main garden location: 3701 Prast Blvd!

Saturday from 9am-noon we will be working around the Jernegan Lodge to beautify it for this coming summer.

Save the Date! Garden Expo is scheduled for April 25th and will run from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This event is perfectly timed for the start of the planting season. The committee has been hard at work growing a variety of plants, collecting items for the Garden Shed. Vendors are lined up, and exciting raffle baskets are being prepared. This year promises exciting with lots of plants and vendors!

The Master Gardeners county association has disbanded BUT we are still very active as Master Gardeners serving in our community. You can see us at Unity Gardens, Kate's Garden in Mishawaka, St Joe County AG days, St Joseph County 4H Fair. We volunteer through Purdue Extension Joseph County.
