She doesn’t do it because it’s easy. She does it because it matters.
Becky Fletcher has gone Over the Edge more than once, but her journey isn’t about how many times she’s stepped off that building.
It’s about why she keeps coming back.
For 10 years, Over the Edge has challenged people to step outside their comfort zones while raising critical funds for youth experiencing homelessness and crisis.

We’re excited to welcome Artavia Franklin to the Youth Service Bureau of St. Joseph County team as our newest Board Member!

Artavia brings a strong financial background as a Community Lender for Centier Bank, along with enthusiasm for our mission and the young people we serve. She is passionate about strengthening our communities through education, access to resources, and helping our local families thrive.

We’re thrilled to have Artavia’s experience as part of our Board of Directors as we advance our mission to deliver client-centered, trauma-responsive, and preventative services and support to youth experiencing safety and housing crises.
