"reasonable worst-case scenarios" are less than 8" for rain totals over the next 72 hours, with more likely numbers running in the 2" to 5" range for most areas.

Potential Tropical Cyclone #1 has been upgraded to T.S. Arthur effective today at10 AM. Moving NE at 9 MPH.
