🚸 Meet the Kids’ Plate team – Sophia, Maura, Taralah & Heather!

We're keeping kids safe with car seat safety checks, water and bike safety education, and free safety gear like car seats, boosters, life vests, and helmets for eligible families.

In just a year, we gave out 100 car seats & 47 boosters — and helped caregivers learn to install them correctly. We also hosted bike rodeos, lake safety events, and taught safety lessons at local preschools.

Kids’ Plate is funded by special license plates (⭐️❤️✋➕).

Last week, HHSA team members joined the Red Cross and Tuolumne County OES for shelter training — and we couldn’t be prouder! 👏

As wildfire risks grow across our region, their willingness to train and prepare is one more way HHSA is showing up for our community. We’re thankful for their time, leadership, and heart.
