A Personal Update from NexOps
I wanted to take a moment to share an update with my clients, friends, and the community that has supported NexOps over the years.
Many of you know that I have always been the guy out in the field doing the work with my team. Whether it was construction, repairs, landscaping, vineyard work, or general property projects, I have always taken pride in being hands-on and personally involved in every job.
Unfortunately, ongoing health issues have reached a point where I can no longer physically do many of the jobs the way I once could. This has been a difficult decision, but I need to make some changes to protect my health, be there for my family, and focus on the future of my businesses, including my passion for winemaking and Rancho Castillo Winery.
Because of this, I will be transitioning into more of a management role within NexOps rather than being on job sites every day.
I want everyone to know that NexOps is not going away. We have an experienced team in place that will continue serving our community, and I will remain actively involved in overseeing projects, meeting with clients, scheduling work, and ensuring quality service.
I also want to offer a sincere apology to anyone who has reached out and experienced delays in getting estimates, callbacks, or responses. Chronic pain and mobility issues have often left me exhausted after long days in the field, and at times I simply haven't been able to keep up with communications the way I should have. If I missed your call, message, or estimate request, please know it was never intentional.
One of the biggest reasons for this transition is so I can dedicate more time to customer service, communication, scheduling, and project management. My goal is to become more responsive and provide a better overall experience for our clients.
If you've contacted me in the past and never received a response, I sincerely apologize and ask that you please reach out again. I'd love the opportunity to reconnect and see how NexOps can help with your project.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me, my family, and my businesses over the years. Living and working in this community has been a blessing, and I look forward to continuing to serve you for many years to come.
