Central Jersey Housing Resource Center (CJHRC) CJHRC provides individual housing counseling and group education programs.

CJHRC offers the following individual housing counseling services and group programs:

–Individual Housing Counseling – we are the only full service HUD Agency serving Somerset and Hunterdon County. Our housing counselors work closely with clients by providing individualized counseling and action plans to help clients meet their housing and financial goals.

–Group Programs
-Pre-Purchase First Time Homeowner Program, “Step by Step” – offered in English and Spanish
-Post-Purchase Homeowner Program, “Money & Helpful Tips for Existing Homeowners”
-Rental Education Program and Grant Match Program, “Rental Realities”
-Credit Education & Financial Literacy and Grant Match Program, “Money in Motion”
-Senior Housing Counseling & Resource Materials
