Summer is brighter when we stay connected. ☀️

A simple check-in can make someone’s whole summer brighter, and at JFS, we’re helping seniors stay safe, supported, and connected all season long through wellness resources and Friendly Visiting.

Whether it’s staying safe during hot weather, checking in with loved ones, or simply sharing a conversation, small acts of kindness can make a lasting impact.

As temperatures rise and air conditioners begin running around the clock, summer energy bills can quickly add up. 🥵

JFS is here to help connect individuals and families with programs like PSE&G’s Equal Payment Plan (EPP), which helps make monthly gas and electric bills more predictable by spreading costs evenly throughout the year.

Together, we'll roll up our sleeves to fill reusable tote bags, each containing a one-month supply of menstrual and hygiene products helping to provide essential products to individuals and families in our community who struggle to afford period products. Every package packed brings comfort, dignity, and hope to someone who needs it.
We will then spend a delightful evening creating gorgeous flower bouquets, connecting with friends, as we learn how Dignity Grows helps to make a meaningful difference for our neighbors experiencing period poverty.
Couvert: $36 per person
