Closing out our educational advocacy series this week, we wanted to highlight one of our many volunteers with an education background, Rosie Blumenstein. Educators make incredible advocates; they know how to listen, build relationships, navigate complex systems, and show up for children when they need someone in their corner.

While you are not required to have a particular background to be a successful advocate, compassion, commitment, and an open mind are some of the most important qualities to have. You don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to be willing to show up 💙
