If you believe in service before self, contact us to learn more about what we do! Rotary is the world's largest and oldest community service organization, and we are one of 30,000 Rotary clubs worldwide. Our club is made up of members of the Beachwood, Pepper Pike, Orange, Solon, and Woodmere communities (most of whom live and/or work there) who want to give back in some way. Our service is both local and international. Our local projects include helping to fund the Safety Town facility at the Solon Community Park and the monthly food pantry operated at the Church of the Resurrection (which now serves over 200 people a month). We are also active with the Solon schools, sponsoring students of the month and an annual speech contest for high school students, and we provide four scholarships for high school seniors and scholarships for up to three juniors to attend Rotary's youth leadership camp. Internationally, we focus on clean drinking water, but have supported a number of different charitable organizations and other projects by Rotary clubs in northeast Ohio. We host two monthly meetings as well as quarterly after-hours events and public volunteer opportunities. We meet for breakfast on the 2nd Friday of the month from 7:15-8:30am at Towneplace Suites in Solon, and we meet for lunch on the 4th Friday of the month from 12:00-1:15pm at Geraci's of Pepper Pike. We encourage you to visit one of our meetings, service opportunities, or fundraising events and to join us if service is YOUR business! Please reach out to learn more and follow us here for updates!
