Friends of the Society Hill Library

Located on the corner of Carrigan St. and Main St. We have something for everyone: books, magazines, movies, and more. Public Computers and Free WIFI.

Society Hill Library is a branch of the Darlington County Library System. Located in the north western part of the county, it services the Town of Society Hill and its outlying communities. The Library moved to their new location in July 2011. The Library houses a good collection of books as well as videos, books on tape, over 30 magazine titles, and 8 computers with internet access. We also have wireless internet access available. We offer After-School programs for elementary through high school; Adult Programs; BINGO!; Coloring, and other activities. This page is designed to keep members of our community and other interested individuals up to date with what is going on at the library.
