“Jenna Quick plays a vital role in keeping our operation running smoothly and consistently goes above and beyond to support the team. She willingly, and at times unwillingly, takes on extra workload, always with the goal of making this agency better. In addition to her regular Telecommunicator duties, Jenna assists with training, completes all second-party checks for entries and validations, and handles open records requests with exceptional accuracy. Her attention to detail was a key factor in our department receiving an almost perfect TLETS audit. Jenna remains level-headed with every caller and treats each caller with care and professionalism, whether the situation is urgent or routine. She brings an incredible amount of knowledge to her position and is always eager to learn more.”
