This class meets in person, and starts Sun, Apr 18, at 10:30 am. There are 5 sessions.

Escape to a beach camping getaway on the beautiful Spanish island of Ibiza with this terrific quilt made in five simple steps. The setting looks complicated, but the unique blocks do all the work to create the center and concentric rows of stars and beach dunes.

The quilt size is for a throw (72" x 72") but you can choose the add-on for a queen size quilt (98" x 98").

The Stray Threads Quilt guild has asked if any of our guild members would like to attend their even with Krista Moser. A link to the printable sign up sheet can be found in the comments.

Here is what the guild writes about the event:

We have 7 openings to fill as we can accommodate 30 attendees.

Krista’s Workshop is titled: “Tired of Squares and Rectangles? Because Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend” She is teaching her Woven Jewel Box and Champagne and Pearls class. The pattern and 60 Degree Diamond ruler can be purchased through Krista the day of the workshop or at Quilting Mayhem.

Lunch is on your own with a 45 minute break. Snacks and water will be provided. Class fee is non-refundable. Class is Saturday, May 4th at Quilting Mayhem Retreat Center from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
