Monday is MLK Jr. Day of Service!
Here are some local options:

YMCA of Snohomish County: Hosting "Make it a Day ON, Not a Day OFF" with various projects across their branches (Everett, Marysville, Mill Creek, Monroe, Mukilteo, Stanwood).

Marysville: Park cleanup at Twin Lakes Park and projects with the Historical Society; food bank volunteering available.

Everett: Celebration by the Snohomish County Black Heritage Committee, including a march/rally at Everett Memorial Stadium and events at First Presbyterian Church.

Lynnwood: Trail cleanup at the Mesika Trail from the Lynnwood Senior Center.

Edmonds: MLK Celebration at the Edmonds Waterfront Center with performances, games, and book readings.

Everett Community College (EvCC): Hosting volunteer activities like tree planting, invasive species removal, and litter cleanup.
