Tomorrow is a big day and for Finn and I. South Mountain Vet (Dr. Subota) is coming out to do the ultrasound on Finns medial malleolus ligament to determine if all this stall rehab has resulted in enough healing to enter very small limited turnout. This could be huge for both of us. Essentially he would have a more than double the space, be in the sun shine/breeze. However it could also show that the ligament was too compromised, not enough scar tissue has formed and he might not be able to reach a point of pasture sound. Based on his antics that I have seen i am very optimistic. But all the positive vibes you can send our way is greatly appreciated. He might never be rideable but he sure is pretty!
