We cordially invite you to come out tomorrow, June 2, at 1:00 P.M., as Livingston County formally dedicates the Livingston County Fallen Officers Monument. This memorial is to honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty and to always remember their heroic commitment to our communities. May we never forget that our law enforcement are the purveyors of protection on the home front. Let us also never forget that the men whose names are carved into this monument laid down their lives in the name of preservation of peace for all of us. We honor them and their memory.

Thank you and God Bless.

What a great week to be a Livingston County Resident!

We are thankful and blessed to have recently cut the ribbon on the brand new Jim Smith Memorial Bridge AND to be there when the school accepted over $5.6 million in Local Area Vocational Education Centers (LAVEC) funds for revitalization and renovation projects at the high school. The funds will work to get our students more career ready and job trained. In addition, funding was also provided to;

- Over $300,000 to Crittenden Livingston Water District for line extensions and filter replacements
- $150,000 for City of Salem for Water Main Replacements
- $45,000 for City of Grand Rivers Tourism Project
- $114,00 for City of Smithland Lagoon Rehab
- $100,000 to Cumberland River Homes
- $7,429.79 to Livingston County Historical & Genealogical Society

We are thankful to Governor Beshear and the General Assembly for putting partisan politics to the side and coming together as problem solvers for the betterment of the residents of Livingston County. These projects will provide generational support to our community, and we are very appreciative to all the key leaders that played a role in making them happen.

Thank you, God Bless, and have a wonderful week!

Respectfully,

Garrett Gruber
Livingston County Judge/Executive
