Mary Correll, our Administrative Assistant in Wixom, Michigan, is sometimes called our โDirector of First Impressionsโ โ and for good reason! Sheโs the ๐ฐ๐๐ฅ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฏ๐จ๐ข๐๐ ๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ ๐๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฉ๐ก๐จ๐ง๐, making sure our customers always reach a real person and feel genuinely cared for from the very first hello.

โซ๏ธ I have worked for Reliant since May of 2025 (16 months). I was with Halt Fire for 13 years prior, for a total of 14 years.

โซ๏ธ The most significant changes have been learning new names and faces, adapting to Reliant's systems, and watching the company grow quickly as many new employees joined in a short time.

โซ๏ธ What makes me smile at work is the strong bond among my coworkers. Most of us in the Michigan office, including the sales representatives, have worked together for many years. Working alongside one another every day builds friendships. We support one another professionally and personally. We always have time for a joke and a friendly tease/banter. I also enjoy my relationships with those I have come to know at the Wisconsin office.

โซ๏ธ My husband and I have two children (Thomas & Kathryn), along with three grandchildren. They are 4, 1 and 1. We had many blessings in 2025. We love spending time together. Our favorite thing to do together is our yearly vacation in Glen Arbor, Michigan. We are all under one roof for a week at our favorite resort on Lake Michigan (for 30+ years). It allows us to spend time together swimming, kayaking, hiking, eating and chilling on the beach uninterrupted, as life is so busy throughout the year.

โซ๏ธ My ideal day off would be to relax by taking a long walk or swimming in the summer, or to take a winter walk once the lake we live on freezes. Also, I love spending time with family or friends.

โซ๏ธ I would love to travel to Ireland. My mother is of Irish descent with ties to County Cork, Ireland. I would love to visit that area and view the beautiful countryside.

โซ๏ธ The dedication the fire departments and fire fighters must have to protect our communities is immeasurable. When you hear of the "Behind the Scenes" stories and work they provide to keep us safe, it becomes even more impactful.
