A revised Utility Rates & Fees schedule went into effect for City of Hadley property owners on July 1st, 2026. All July billing statements have been mailed, and will reflect an increase in flat-rate installment amounts, due prior to 8/15/2026.

The 2026 Municipal Election filing period for City of Hadley Offices ends TODAY Tuesday, July 28 at 5:00 PM. Our Clerk/Treasurer will be accepting Affidavits of Candidacy in person at the Hadley Community Center from 1-5 PM, prior to the close of filing.
