We want to send out a big THANK YOU to everyone who came out and supported us yesterday!

Even with the weather trying to slow things down, we still had a good turnout with awesome cars, vendors, and community support. We truly appreciate everyone who stopped by, shopped with the vendors, grabbed some food, and spent part of their day with us.

Your support means more than you know, and we hope everyone had a great time. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Yesterday Evening after our monthly meeting, members decided to do a friendly competition (training). Members raced as they pulled hose lines and did a 30 second mask up drill, as if they are ready to go into a structure fire.

Repetition is key and makes our skills better, faster and smoother.

But what you see at the end is also very important in training, CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. No feelings were hurt, skills were improved and our bond got stronger.

We would like to congratulate three of our members on successfully completing their Fire I classes and becoming certified firefighters: Matthew Bollman, Madison See, and Aaron Demory.

These individuals have put in countless hours and demonstrated the strength, dedication, and commitment to service that our community depends on and that we should all strive for.

➡️ No burning between 7 A.M. – 5 P.M.
➡️ Allowed hours: 5 P.M. – 7 A.M. (March 1–May 31 & Oct 1–Dec 31)
➡️ Stay with your fire and clear 10 ft around it.
➡️ Escaped fires = your responsibility (and $$$).

HAPPENING TODAY!! Come out for a family fun day! 10-2. Helicopter landing between 11-1130. Extrication demonstration around 1pm. Bounce house all day! Smokey the bear will be making an appearance! Meet and greets and so much more!!
