Niles Township Schools' ELL Parent Center Programs are crafted to meet parent needs and encourage parental involvement and leadership in the community at large.

Classes and programs are all run by our dedicated volunteers and we always need more!

ELL Parent Center will be hosting an exciting event tomorrow evening! Join us in an exciting bilingual book discussion of Crisina Henriquez's novel "The Book of Unknown Americans". Refreshments will be served and free childcare will be provided!

We are excited to be a part of !VIVA! which is a celebration of Latino and Hispanic Cultures! Attend a variety of discussions, presentations, performances and films that explore Latino identity, migration and culture. There will be couple of events hosted at the ELL Parent Center, and other events will be at the local libraries. Call or stop by the center for more information!

The highly awaited registration for Family Literacy class is tonight at 5:30pm! Don't miss your opportunity to sign up for this class where you will learn English, learn about the school system, learn to conversate, and much more! Plus free childcare provided. Classes will meet every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm.

Don't miss registration coming up this Saturday January 9th for our Saturday ESL Class starting on January 16th! Great opportunity for English language learners who cannot come to our weekday classes due to work schedules. Saturday class meets once a week on Saturdays from 9:30 to 12:00. Stop by this Saturday at 9:30 to register or call the center for more information.

The ELL Parent Center is back in action today after the holidays! We hope everyone had a wonderful time during the holidays and Happy New Year to all! There is registration going on right now for our free Intensive ESL Class that will begin next week on January 11th. Come today or next week to register!

Our English classes are coming to an end this week, and most of our other classes have also ended for the semeser. But new sessions are all set to start after the break in January! Registration will be open again for all classes in January so call us if you have any questions about dates of new classes or registration!

We would like to extend a sincere thanks to the Skokie Community Fund for awarding us with a grant at their Annual Grant Celebration on Tuesday night! Also, please stay tuned for our very exciting Health Workshops coming in Spring!

The ELL Parent Center will be a part of the Skokie Community Fund Annual Grant Celebration tomorrow and you all are invited to join the event and support the Center! The event will take place at the Skokie Public Library tomorrow at 7pm. You can call the center at 847-568-7611 for more information. Great opportunity to come out and support the center!
