ACLU of South Dakota We defend your rights. The ACLU of South Dakota is part of a three-state chapter that also includes North Dakota and Wyoming.

Since 1971, our team has been working in communities across the state of South Dakota to defend the civil rights and civil liberties of you, your neighbors, and your family through litigation, education, and community engagement.
