Families choose whether to participate in South Dakota Birth to Three, making the program completely voluntary. From the beginning, families are active partners, helping identify priorities, make decisions, and shape the supports and services that work best for their child and family.

Serving families throughout South Dakota, Birth to Three connects families with resources, services, and support in their own communities, helping ensure meaningful assistance is available close to home.
