Today we lift up Gretchen Erickson on her second anniversary with LSS! Gretchen is a Case Manager for Summit Oaks Center in Sioux Falls. “I coordinate care and support youth with significant behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs throughout their treatment. Advocating for and giving voice to kids who don't have the words or safety to speak up for themselves creates a sense of safety, belonging, and trust. At Summit Oaks, we promote emotional healing, build resilience, and foster an environment where adolescents can develop confidence, healthy relationships, and a stronger sense of belonging.”
