We have several mature Catalpa trees in the cemetery. They are in full bloom right now. They are an old fashioned tree that gets beautiful flowers once a year. To me, they look like tree orchids. Beautiful.

2 of our faithful volunteers were out mowing today. I think everything is mowed today except a couple blocks.

We are now officially a not for profit organization with the IRS! Our 501c status has been reinstated and is retroactive. This means that all past and future donations are tax deductible. The not for profit status was lost by the previous board for not filing taxes for 3 years. Mount Pleasant is now in good standing with the IRS!!
