Another resource I find myself leaning on and using to help myself and others is Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Life can leave us feeling like we're at war with ourselves — part of us wants to move forward, another part feels stuck, scared, or shut down.

Therapy can help you reconnect with that Self and bring the struggling parts of you back into balance.
