Good morning, Pirate Nation. After a review of road conditions and communication with TXDPS, Sinton ISD will be canceling Summer School classes and Sinton for Youth today due to reported road flooding in many areas of the district (mostly rural). Heavy rain is expected this morning as well. Campuses and district offices will remain open. Thank you for your understanding as we keep the safety of our students and staff a top priority.

🌎✈️ Best of luck to our Sinton Future Problem Solvers as they represent Texas at the International Conference in Bloomington, Indiana!

We are incredibly proud of their accomplishments and excited to cheer them on as they compete on the international stage.

🚌 Bus Arrival: 3:00 p.m.
👋 Departure: 3:30 p.m.

The team will travel south down Bowie Street from Sinton Elementary and then turn left onto E. Sinton Street. Community members are encouraged to line the route and help us send these students off with plenty of Pirate Pride!

Come help us celebrate these amazing students and wish them safe travels and success at the International Conference!

There will be a presence of law enforcement on campus for lunches this week. During the last week of school, SMS hosts law enforcement appreciation lunches for our partners. There is no emergency......we're just thankful for their support! Gooooo Marauders. Sinton ISD Community

6th grade: 8:30
7th grade: 10:00
8th grade: 2:00
Invitations for students who will receive an award will be sent home (with students) by Monday, May 18th.
