Due to an unexpected air conditioning outage at the courthouse, the San Patricio County Clerk’s Office and San Patricio County District Clerk’s Office will close today at 3:00 p.m.

Due to AC malfunction the San Patricio County District Clerk’s and County Clerk’s Offices will be closing at 3 pm today. We will reopen to the public Monday, June 22nd at 8 am.

We have received calls about a jury duty scam affecting San Patricio County residents.

Scammers are calling residents and claiming to be with the Sheriff’s Office, saying:
• You missed jury service
• A warrant will be issued for your arrest
• You must pay immediately to avoid jail

THIS IS A SCAM.

✅ San Patricio County will NEVER:
• Call you demanding money
• Threaten arrest over the phone
• Ask for payment by gift card, wire transfer, or app

❗ If you receive this call:
• Hang up immediately
• Do NOT provide personal or financial information
• Report the call to local law enforcement
