Casablanca Residents: Thank you for your patience as we have continued to work towards the repair of the entry gate. The stone column has collapsed internally, thus causing the gate to jam into the curb and the pedestrian gate not to lock. The repair process includes engineering of the new column support, permitting and install. We are working to have this completed as quickly as possible. Thank you.

Casablanca Community, In accordance with state and local guidelines, the play structure and exercise equipment are closed, and are not to be used for any reason, until further notice. Additionally, the repairs to the broken water line, at the Stargaze entrance are scheduled to be completed in the coming weeks. Please share this post and this page with other community members. Attention residents, as a reminder, tomorrow Saturday, June 30 is our annual garage sale. Our gates will open promptly at 7 AM. Please ensure that your vehicles are either parked inside of the garage, in your driveway, or outside of the community along s t a r g a z e, as to allow adequate parking for guests and prevent traffic from being blocked, particularly in the cul-de-sac on Clancy. Thanks.

Attn Residents: The HOA is working diligently to repair the entry gate at Logan. This damage was caused by a vehicle impacting the gate, and as such, has caused significant damage to the structural support inside each column. We are continuing to work thru the engineering and permitting process with the general contractor and city planning. We do not yet have an eta on completion, however will continue to update you as to the progress.

Attn Residents: It appears that at some point in the last few weeks, there was a collision into our exit gate. This has caused significant damage to the columns and gate, making it inoperable. The board has been working closely with out management company to expedite repairs, as quickly as possible, however it could take up to 4-5 weeks. Should you have any information relating to the collision, please notify Nikki Woolley of the management company @ 805-496-5514 ext 1602.

The new shade sails have been installed at the park, and they look fantastic! There is also a cantaleaver shade, adjacent to the playground, which can be used for picnics and parties. Enjoy!

Congratulations Casablanca on a wonderful display of holiday cheer! We had the best participation of holiday decorations and lights in our short history and we encourage you to make it even better next year. Remember we are only half way through the 12 days of Christmas, so keep celebrating.

As you may have noticed on our mailboxes, signs have been posted to notify all homeowners holiday decorations are to be removed no later than the weekend of Jan 12/13th.

The Board would like to extend our best wishes to all Casablanca residents for a safe and prosperous new year in 2013.

ATTENTION: In order to minimize copy and postage expenses in the future, the Board is considering options to communicate with homeowners in less expensive digital forms. Some notices are legally required to be sent in hard copy paper form, however there are other options for less formal communications.

It has been challenging in years past to obtain contact information from each homeowner, limiting the Board's ability to easily and quickly communicate. If homeowners are unwilling to share email addresses, the Board will have to identify other options (e.g., Facebook, community website) that may require opt-out paperless confirmations to save mailing costs.
